PMP Vape Shop

At PMP Vape Shop, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our returns policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used e-liquids
  • Disposable vapes
  • Coils, pods, or cartridges once opened
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

After review, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at sales@pmpdistributionltd.co.uk.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. PMP Vape Shop is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the returns process outlined above.
